Concept International now guarantees hardware repairs within 48 hours with its on-site service – that means more value, especially for system integrators
Munich, December 2, 2024 – Concept International now offers a Germany-wide on-site service for some of its PC products: for devices from the Future own brands, GIADA digital signage PCs, and AirServer Connect, the Munich-based value-added distributor guarantees that hardware problems at the end customer’s site will be resolved in no more than 48 hours.
Managing director Mike Finckh explains: “With this new offer, system integrators can reliably guarantee the complete service package that is often required in tenders and improve their competitive chances – for example, but not only, in the medical sector and for Germany-wide branch businesses.” Integrators who are usually more locally positioned and cannot offer enough resources for quick on-site deployment also benefit. Concept International remains invisible to the end customer, while the integrator can communicate the service as their own hardware service.
Concept International has contracted an experienced, Germany-wide network of system electronics engineers for the above-mentioned product groups, thus ensuring that every location in Germany can be reliably reached within two days. “No matter whether you are in Munich and your customers are in Flensburg: the technicians will be on their way within 48 hours, and they will also have the necessary spare parts with them to quickly repair the hardware.” At the project level, a 24-hour on-site service can also be arranged.
Repair guarantee for hardware problems
On-site service can be booked when purchasing hardware from Future PPC, Future IPC, FuturePAD, and FutureNUC brands, as well as GIADA Digital Signage PCs and Airserver-Connect, typically for a period aligned with the warranty. Service costs for standard PC products are tiered: two years for 39 euros, three years for 49 euros, and five years for 69 euros. This on-site service covers hardware repairs, excluding software issues or failures caused by factors like data viruses.
