- On-site check of suppliers and manufacturers
- Ensuring compliance with all mandatory import laws:
- CE certification,
- Review of audit logs
- Battery Law
- Packaging Act
- Electronic waste law: disposal of the same amount as import
- Annual recertification of ISO9001, with ongoing updating of the interfaces to customers and – more importantly – to suppliers
Our Marketing Services:
- Increasing brand awareness through appropriate online and offline advertising measures
- Press work in the areas of print, special interest, online
- Social media campaigns, finely tuned to the target group and development of appropriate campaign magnets
- Organization of trade fairs, including stand design, addressing target groups, events
- Roadshows & events to present the brand and products, possibly in conjunction with other, complementary manufacturers
Our Sales Services:
- Active indirect product sales via our network of distributors and system integrators (approx. 3000 system integrators)
- Project management together with system integrators to ensure product placement
- Development of qualified reseller networks
- Assistance with tenders from system integrators
What we understand as Value Added Distribution:
- Storage of demo devices and approx. 1-3 monthly turn-over
- fast and competent repair & support
- Warranty extensions to 3, 4 and 5 years
- Insurance against vandalism, theft and damage
- Offering “Product as a Service” (leasing)
