Android has become the preferred operating system for POS systems in recent years – so it’s logical that an intelligent POS system should also be added. Android means: inexpensive and power-saving hardware, a wide selection of POS software solutions, lean update cycles and no licensing costs for the operating system. Depending on the app used, the system serves either as a scale only, as a scale with a connected invoice, or as a networked POS system with scales. The contents of the integrated receipt output can be individually adapted to the presettings of the respective app. With the SUNMI S2, goods weighing up to 15 kilograms can be weighed precisely.
