The panel PCs of the FuturePPC IK series, which are optionally available in a fanless aluminum or stainless steel housing, offer even higher protection than the I series thanks to their IP69K certification. This means that the devices are completely steam-jet protected and dustproof. In addition, they are rust-, shock- and vibration-resistant (IK07 protection) and have fully encapsulated, waterproof I/O ports (SP13 / M12 or LP24 connectors) that optionally allow for connections of up to 1x HDMI, 2x LAN, 4x USB, 2x COM ports. If desired, additional optical bonding can be applied to further optimize the optical and mechanical properties – for a reduction in reflections, an improvement in image sharpness and contrast, and even greater stability and durability against shocks, vibrations and scratches.
The FuturePPC IK series is available with a resistive PCAP or LED touch display from 12 to 23,8 inches and a luminosity of up to 1500 cd/m². This makes the systems versatile and suitable for installation in a wide range of industrial control panels, from control cabinets to mounting arms. Optionally, Intel Celeron, Core i3, i5 or i7 CPUs up to 64 GB RAM are available. Windows 10/11 (Pro/IoT Enterprise) or Ubuntu Linux are available as operating systems. WLAN and Bluetooth are also optionally available.
Panel PCs from FuturePPC are not only durable, but also meet high hygiene requirements by withstanding high-pressure and high-temperature washes and acidic cleaning agents. This makes them particularly suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
