The FutureLED BLUE series is THE series of choice when a top price-performance ratio is required for indoor LED walls and when video walls in formats other than 16:9 are to be used. The single displays, which are built up from a grid size of 24 x 24 cm, are based on the well-proven SMD technology, with a – as usual with FutureLED – sealing by means of GOB. This enables smooth and also resistant surfaces on the front side, which are thus easily washable, insensitive to dust, shock-resistant and UV-resistant.
The standard format of a display is 96 x 48 cm, with a display thickness of 58 mm. With four additional housing sizes, all video wall sizes can be realized in a 24 cm grid.
The Blue series achieves a brightness of up to 800 cd/m², and is available in the High Brightness variant with up to an impressive 6000 cd/m². There are six pixel sizes to choose from: 1.29/ 1.56 / 1.88 / 2.50 / 3.00 and 4.00 pixels.
A winning argument: no cables are needed for installation: Power, signal and LED modules are connected automatically by putting them together – saving time and errors. This means that the modules can be quickly assembled into huge video walls without time-consuming cable plugging.

The underlying technologies:
SMD stands for “surface mounted device”, a component that is mounted on a surface. In terms of our LED walls, these are the LEDs that are soldered with the connection surface directly onto a printed circuit board. The pixels are placed individually, which can be clearly felt when running a finger over them due to the rough surface. One advantage is that they can be easily repaired or replaced. SMD LEDs are among the smallest light sources in LED technology.
GOB stands for “Glue On Board”, a resin used to fill the gaps and create a flat surface in which the LED pixels are fully embedded. This protective layer effectively protects the image surface from mechanical damage, making it impact-resistant, and also insensitive to dust.
