High-quality LCD display solution Qbic TD-0360 Made in Taiwan for smart workplace organization and digital time recording

Munich, May 22, 2024 – Munich-based value-added distributor Concept International is offering the Qbic TD-0360, a new mini operating terminal for modern desk-sharing concepts and efficient working time recording, from its diverse range of display solutions for digital room and workplace management. The device is available immediately.

New Work and agile, hybrid work concepts have led to an increased need for versatile, collaborative workspaces that require efficient organization. In addition, the decision of the Federal Labor Court has required employers to introduce a system to record all time worked by employees since September 2022. Smart, compact mini-terminals with software for simple workplace booking and time recording, which are placed directly on the desk, can help companies to implement this.

Qbic TD-0360: Powerful, compact and compatible with Apple Wallet

The Qbic TD-0360 mini operating terminal impresses with its compact, elegant design. It has a 3.6-inch, water-resistant, bonded LCD touch display with a brightness of 350 candela and an RFID (NFC) interface. This allows users to log in and out conveniently and contactlessly using an RFID tag or smartphone. The interface is also compatible with Apple Wallet for even more flexibility when booking workstations and recording time. The integrated, multi-colored LED status display shows the current occupancy status of the workstation at a glance. A high-quality internal speaker enables clear audio playback of media.

Performance is provided by a powerful quad-core ARM Cortex-A35 processor. The underlying operating system is Android 12 and the Qbic TD-0360 supports dual-band WiFi for improved connectivity.

The desk-sharing mini terminal can be easily attached to any surface with an optional desk stand without leaving permanent marks. In addition, the USB power cable is designed to prevent damage to the device.

Also available from Concept International is the predecessor model Qbic TD-0350 in a round form factor with a 3.5-inch LCD touch display and integrated RFID (NFC) technology. Inside the computer is an ARM quad-core processor. For fast, simple communication, the Qbic TD-0350 has a noise-free microphone, an integrated loudspeaker and a headset connection via micro USB. Skype is already on board. Other communication tools such as Zoom or Teams can also be installed.

Enterprise-level Android software stack and diverse software ecosystem

The Taiwanese manufacturer Qbic is known for its extremely secure enterprise-level Android software stack. A comprehensive package of self-developed security functions protects the system, data and access. The provision of timely Android operating system versions with seamless security patch updates is a matter of course.

When using Qbic hardware, companies gain access to an ecosystem of software partners such as Zeitwart, Tisoware and others, with specially developed software for room and workplace signage, booking, management and time recording.
