Simply roll them out next to each other and expand as you like: mobile LED wall modules from FutureLED – the FutureLED E-Poster – are a real eye-catcher for retailers, on stages, in event rooms, hotels and exhibitions.

Munich, October 31, 2024 – The Munich-based value-added distributor Concept International has added a new series of mobile and expandable digital signage walls to its product line with the E-Poster from FutureLED. The rollable, vertical LED wall modules can be easily and seamlessly connected. The new E-Poster series is now available from Concept International.

The name E-Poster already suggests it: this mobile series from FutureLED, a Concept International own brand, is a real eye-catcher. With a height of 1.68 m (1.80 m with roll stand) and a width of 61 cm, they are not only an eye-catcher with information content at trade fairs, but also offer space for effective advertising and content of all kinds for retailers. And with a depth of 3 cm and a weight of 32 kg per stele, they are also filigree and particularly mobile for places where flexibility is desired. For example, they can serve as a guidance system for visitors to a conference for a week and just a few days later, put together as a background LED wall, they can be used at an event in the same hotel. Thanks to the rollable mount, the distance between rooms can be covered quickly and easily.

Enlarged LED display area for horizontal content

If you want and need more surface area, you can seamlessly connect several steles widthwise to expand the display area horizontally. For example, a single stele does not provide enough space for 16:9 content – but five vertical steles next to each other do. To do this, the protective frame is folded back at the adjacent edges and the steles are precisely fixed in place with clips. At the same time, the video signal is transmitted to the added stele via contacts between the steles – the stele on the right, as the master, controls the enlarged LED wall surface. In addition, this technology connects the individual surfaces evenly and without disturbing edges, gaps or shifts. The slim frame that remains on the outside ensures a uniform and coherent image and protects the outer edge. The number of steles connected next to each other in this way depends on the pixel pitch and is checked depending on the application.

Flexible and secure control

Content can be easily accessed from a smartphone, the cloud, a laptop, a USB stick or a digital signage player connected via an HDMI interface. Each stele has its own controller for stand-alone use; the content management software is available in the app stores for Windows, Android or iOS. If you can’t access your own company network when there are network problems, you can simply and securely play content from a USB stick as a fall-back scenario.

The brightness of 1,200 candela is more than sufficient for indoor use. The pixel pitch, i.e. the distance between the individual LEDs, of 0.9 to 2.5 mm ensures a clear and sharp image. This is specially optimized for use close to customers or visitors.

Durable surfaces protect the panels

Installing the panels at eye level means that the steles are increasingly exposed to mechanical damage. Backpacks or shopping carts bump into them, or people touch the screens. The TOP-COB process protects the surfaces from this: the three colored LED chips are cast directly into the display surface. This ensures more light yield, higher heat dissipation and, due to the reduced number of vulnerable solder joints, also better stability. This guarantees high temperature resistance and resistance to mechanical impacts of all kinds (abrasion, knocks, scratches, etc.). In addition, the surfaces are easy to clean, dust-tight, moisture-resistant and antistatic. If necessary, the panels can be replaced quickly and easily during operation thanks to practical magnetic holders.

For use between different event locations, there are matching flight cases for up to two steles, in which they can be transported easily, safely and in full size. Plug & Play has never been easier.

Service for FutureLED E-Poster Walls by Concept International

The E-Poster series by FutureLED is now available exclusively from Concept International in different resolutions (pixel pitch). A single column with 2.5 mm pixel pitch is available at 3,900 euros (list price). Special conditions are available for system integrators and resellers. On request, Concept offers these – in cooperation with specialized technology partners – planning, delivery and installation from a single source. A two-year warranty (optionally five years), the replacement of defective modules and a simple processing are also part of the service. If desired, additional vandalism insurance can be taken out.
