The three new Giada motherboards—the IB3-771, IB3-708, and IB3-761 for digital signage and industrial applications feature a wide range of full-featured I/O ports and are designed for reliable 24/7 continuous operation. Additionally, Giada offers a long availability period of five to seven years.

High Performer: Giada IB3-771 for Demanding Digital Signage and Industrial Applications

Despite its compact dimensions (160 x 108 mm), the Giada IB3-771 motherboard delivers plenty of power: With a high-performance Rockchip RK3588 octa-core processor (4 Cortex-A76 cores and 4 Cortex-A55 cores), a powerful Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, 8 GB of RAM, and up to 128 GB of storage, the IB-771 effortlessly meets all standard requirements in high-end digital signage—such as operating large video walls—as well as in industrial control applications. With an integrated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) and 6 TOPS of performance, the motherboard is equipped to handle and enable AI applications such as AI Vision or intelligent noise reduction for video and audio at the edge. Thanks to an HDMI-in port, it also supports video stream recognition algorithms, such as for integrating machine-based defect detection software in industrial settings.

With two HDMI ports, the IB3-771 supports connection to displays in high-resolution 8K (max. 7680 x 4320 @60 Hz) or 4K (max. 3840 x 2160 @60 Hz), and an additional display can be connected via LVDS (max. 1920 x 1200 @ 24 Hz). In addition, the motherboard features a wide range of I/O ports, including RS232, RS485, MIPI-CSI, TTL, SPI, IO-KEY, and 3-pin IR. Powerful Mid-Range All-Rounder: Giada IB3-708 Motherboard

The slightly smaller 3.5-inch Giada IB3-708 motherboard, featuring a Rockchip RK3576 octa-core processor (4 Cortex-A72 cores and 4 Cortex-A53 cores), a Mali-G52 MC3 GPU, and 6 TOPS of edge AI performance at just 6 W TDP, features 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage in a compact form factor (146 x 102 mm) and operates fanlessly for exceptionally low-maintenance operation. This makes the motherboard not only suitable for digital signage, kiosk systems, and order kiosks in retail or menu boards, but also capable of autonomously controlling processes and sensors at the edge in industrial applications, or for use in smart city initiatives. A wide range of I/O interfaces, such as RS232, RS485, GPIO, MIPI-CSI, SPK, and TP_I2C, enable direct integration into systems.

The fanless 3.5-inch Giada IB3-761 motherboard, featuring a Rockchip RK3568 quad-core processor (4 Cortex-A55 cores), a Mali-G52 MP2 GPU, and 1 TOPS of NPU performance with an energy-efficient 6 W TDP, supports up to 4 GB of RAM and up to 64 GB of storage.
