In addition to pure hardware, the signage 316F PC comes with free PC management software. The Device Manager enables on/off times, BIOS updates, new operating systems and much more which allows simple remote control and play using the Internet or LAN.

The heart of the signage PC 316F is the AMD's new fusion processor which combines the main and graphics processor together. Thus the AMD's fast 1,65 GHz double core processor (T56N) and  ATI's high performance HD6310 graphic components work much more efficiently together with DirectX 11 support. In addition to the smooth, simultaneous playing of multiple full HD movies and 3D graphics, there is a great emphasis on high energy efficiency. Thus, the signage 316F PC requires a maximum of 20 watts and cools passively without a fan. The fanless design and the use of SSDs as a storage medium mean that there are no moving parts in the PC 316F signage, thereby ensuring long-lasting and maintenance-free 24-hour per day operation.
The minimal housing volume of only 1 liter, about the size of three DVD cases lying one on top of the other (14.8 x 16.5 x 5.5 cm), makes it ideal for installation in racks, cabinets, pillars, screens and more.
